Juggling is more than just throwing and catching some balls. Through carefully directed sessions, learning to juggle is an amazing tool to help build and maintain confidence and self esteem. It teaches not only the skill itself, but resilience. The opportunity to fail within a safe space, comradery, playfulness, not taking yourself too seriously. Juggling provides a framework for personal progression, enhancing wellbeing and helping to create a solid foundation that can be applied across many other areas of your life. It is a physical activity that can be adapted to all abilities, for all ages, utilising balancing games, and encouraging playful exploration of both space and body. It can also combine group and partner work.

Juggling can be included as part of a wider historical workshop/day, or be a complete session, with or without historical costume. Group size upto 30, suitable for all ages and abilities.
